The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance..
General minutes for January minutes were provided in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of January 31, 2024, there was $356,764.67 in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors as the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Dales Excavating-sand; CWC Association- dues; MN Benefit Association- life insurance.. Carrie motioned to approve claims; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Jim motioned to approve Crow Wing Power ROW agreement for road forecast construction, Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and motion carried.
Supervisor Jim responded to Jason Hinnenkamp’s request providing trees after Carr Tree service brushed them. Jason was informed he would need to directly contact Carr’s Tree Service.
Township newsletter to go out this month.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:30 p.m, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
