REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
General minutes for August 7, 2023 minutes were provided in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of August 31, 2023, there was $477,745.59 in the bank, including the CD’s. Brion recommends putting $200,000 into a CD for 1 year. Jim motioned to approve the Treasurer’s report and new CD of $200,000; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors as the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Mark Eckelman- cemetery mowing, including one additional claim for snow plowing at the park by Jim DeRosier. Reimbursed St. Mathias Park as they paid initially. Jim motioned to approve claims; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Supervisor Jim motioned up to $500 for town hall maintenance, including front door, steps and mice issue; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Supervisor Mark did roadside maintenance after the hail storm.
Supervisor review a township road map to provide to Carr’s Tree Service
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:44 p.m, Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
