REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
General minutes for July 2023 minutes were provided in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of July 31, 2023, there was $484,396.86 in the bank, including the CD’s. Jim motioned to approve the Treasurer’s report; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors as the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance;. CWC Highway Department- signs; MATIT- Premium/Insurance; with addition of Tony Eisel- gopher and Ronnie Roscoe- culvert maintenance. Carrie motioned to approve claims; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Supervisor Jim will attend the District 8 meeting on August 16th and Carrie was tentative depending on availability.
Supervisor Jim will attend the Mayor’s Breakfast
A volunteer will be building and donating book shelves for the book exchange.
Jason Keehr will start doing some brushing on Koering and Coner Trail.
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:29 p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
