REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The August general meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of August 30, 2022, there was $483,075.98 in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors were the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Mark Eckelman- cemetery mowing; Tony Eisel- gophers;Mervin Eisel- gophers; Ronnie Roscoe- road/tree maintenance; Sam Retka- beavers; Carr’s Tree Service-ditch spraying
DeRoiser- snow plowing. Jim motioned to approve the Treasurer report and claims, and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried
Resident Roland is looking for a 4-5 extension for a new culvert. He did the work already. Supervisor Jim will check the site.
Northwood Stump Grinding estimate will be tabled until road review.
Resident Dylan Lee requested for ½ the cost to replace a mailbox a generic invoice was received, however not acceptable as it was not detailed. Supervisor Mark was emailed to bring an itemized invoice for more detail.
Dave Keehr recommended putting gravel down in needed areas due the low price of gravel. We will be putting down more gravel in areas needing it this month.
Supervisor Jim received an email from a resident, Jason Hinnenkamp, about maintaining a road if he builds a home. It is a township road and will need shaping, a turn around will need to be done.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
