REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The October general meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Mark motioned to approve minutes and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of October 31, 2022, there was $466,640.97 in the bank, including the CD’s. Carrie motioned to approve minutes and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors were the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Nelson Sanitation- winterizing port-a-potty; CWC Highway dept- culver replacement; Greg Kaiser- beavers; MATIT- workers compensation; PERA-quarterly; and Quickbooks- ordered checks. One additional check was Sanders Construction. Jim motioned to approve minutes and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Resident Tom Fleischhacker has concerns of road maintenance of Corner Trail road since the Board has taken responsibility for the road. The Board will look into bids on companies to brush the ditches.
Resident Robert Valek called about a blocked culvert due to a beaver dam. Supervisor Jim cleaned out a backed up culvert and beavers have been trapped. Ronnie Roscoe will be replacing the culvert.
Resident Darlene Hardy complained about the dust from hauling in gravel on Hay creek. The resident also expressed interest in a layer of calcium for the dusty road.
Road Review was moved to November 4th at 1pm due to conflict of time. It was prior to required posting time.
Mark motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:33 p.m, Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
