REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The December general meeting minutes were tabled.
cs. Mark motioned to approve the report and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors were the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Brion Fornshell- quarter 4 payroll; Carrie Allord-quarter 4 payroll; Cassey Vieth-quarter 4 payroll; Jim Guida- quarter 4 payroll; Mark Malinsoki- quarter 4 payroll. Carrie motioned to approve minutes and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Brion presented two options for a host of the St Mathias website. Option 1 being $15 per month and Option 2 at $19 per month as our current host will not be providing the service moving forward. Jim motioned to approve the cost of option 1 of $15 per month for a website host, and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Re-organization officers of Mark as chairman and Carrie as vice-chair.
2023 mileage rate increased from 58.5 to 65.5.
Supervisor Carrie will get proof for the upcoming newsletter.
Board decided to remove mailbox replacement because the request for itemized receipt was never provided.
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m, Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
