REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The March minutes were unanimously approved as received by the Supervisors via-email, Jim motioned and Becky seconded. All were in favor, and motion carried.
Treasure’s report as of April 30, 2018, there was $181,087.58 in the bank, including the CD’s. Carrie motioned to pay bills, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Orders issued numbering 5324 through 5331 were unanimously approved and paid. Jim motioned and Becky seconded. All were in favor, and motion carried.
Jim requested cracksealing quotes from three (3) businesses, Astech, Kamco, and Anderson Brothers. Astech did not provide one as of today. Kamco quoted $1800 and Anderson Brothers quoted was $1496.25. Jim motioned to accept Anderson Brothers quote and Becky seconded. All were in favor, and motion carried. Jim will discuss with Anderson Brothers of language for posting of the road maintenance to occur.
Pat Pickar, runner from Crow Wing County Sheriff introduced himself to the Board and Township residents.
Board decided no change in Cemetery moving to be done by Mark Eckelman.
Spring road review to be completed on May 21, 2018 at 8:30. Board will meet at Becky Eckelman house. Areas noted to review; culvert south of Leonard’s and intersection of North Koering Road. Road maintenance on 50th of break in the road. Jim will talk with Anderson Brothers about the issue.
Jim will attend the May 30th, Emergency Management meeting.
New Business
Road maintenance to be done on Haycreek Road culvert.
Carrie motioned to adjourned and Jim seconded, meeting ended at 7:30pm.
