REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance..
General minutes for February minutes were provided in google docs. Mark motioned to approve minutes; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of February 29, 2024, there was $354,860.48 in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors as the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; City of Brainerd- 1st fire assessment. Jim motioned to approve claims; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Carrie is the chairman and Jim is the vice chairman for 2024.
Survey 123 is a new app that will start using for emergency declaration. Residents will be able to take pictures and send for emergency funding. Crow Wing County has an everbridge alert program residents can sign up for on their website.
Received bridge maintenance memo from Crow Wing County. We will be ordering new signs and Supervisors will review any other maintenance needed during the road review.
Mark motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:38 p.m, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
