The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The January general meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. The February general meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. The Board of Audits meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of February 28, 2022, there was $415,915.85 in the bank, including the CD’s. Carrie motioned to approve the Treasurer report and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The claims were received by the Supervisors in google docs. Carrie motioned to pay bills; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried for Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Dale Excavating-sand; ECM- Posting; and City of Brainerd-1st fire assessment.
Jim motioned to approve the Bazaar gambling license, Carrie 2nd. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Carrie motioned to approve the Resolution Reestablishing and Polling Places, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:20p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
