ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER

July 1, 2019 7 p.m.

Board Members Present: Carrie Allord, Jim Guida, Mark Malinowski, and Cassey Veith
Attendees: Carleen Koering, Leonard Koering, Paul Rosekrans, Sarah Rosekrans, Jason Keehr, and Maudre Dosh.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.

The June minutes were received by the Supervisors, via-email. Carrie motioned to approve minute, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.

Treasurer’s report as of June 30, 2019, there was $266,472.16 in the bank, including the CD’s.

Mark motioned to pay bills, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5435 through 5440 were unanimously approved and paid.

Ryan Griffith & Emily Anderson requested to split a 20 acre parcel to sell one10 acre parcel to the neighbor, also to rezone. Township recommendation was to defer the decision to the planning commission/board of adjustment.

A question of concern of selling land and status of the easement after the sale. Township recommendation is to defer it to the county with the understanding they will ask about an easement to the property as no land locked property can be sold and, it was not clear on the plan where an easement was.

Residents have concerns of dust on Dosh. The Supervisors explained the cost and that the cost is not in the road maintenance budget. Suggestion that the residents can take on the cost themselves, if they choose. Also invited them to the annual meeting to discuss the issue and where the levies can be increased to cover the cost for the Township.

Jim will contact Nancy to explain that the culvert at the end of her driveway has no concern for issues, if removed. This will be at the resident expense to replace and/or remove the culvert.

Carrie motioned to adjourn, Mark seconded. Meeting ended at 7:42pm.
