July 5, 2022 7 p.m.

Board Members Present:Carrie Allord, Jim Guida, Brion Fornshell and Cassey Veith
Attendees:Jim Parent, Nicole Marks, and Kristi Wikstrom
Remotely:Mark Malinowski

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.

The June general meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs.  Carrie motioned to approve minutes and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.

Treasurer’s report as of June 30, 2022,  there was $427,853.75  in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. Mark motioned to approve the Treasurer report and claims, and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.

The claims received by the Supervisors were the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance, Mark Eckelman- Cemetery Mowing; Carrie Allord- payroll; Mark Malinoski- payroll; Brion Fornshell- payroll; Cassey Veith- payroll; and IRS-quarterly taxes.

Resident Nancy Williams requested brushing be done on North Koering Road. Supervisors will review during the road review.

Three Residents were present at the meeting to request North Koering be paved and it would be ideal with the upcoming paving of 131. The road is also shared with For Ripley Township. It would be a large expense and the board said they could start with a traffic count on the road to assess how much traffic is using it. They also inquired about calcium chloride for dust. The township currently does not apply calcium chloride. Residents are welcome to get together and pay for the application themselves.

Supervisors were in agreement to continue to keep posting with MCR and we will discuss it at the Annual meeting.

Supervisor Jim will reach out to MAT lawyer for clarification on officers’ conflict of interest of duties outside of officers duties.

Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:25 p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
