REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
February 3, 2020 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The January general meeting minutes were received by the Supervisors via-email. Carrie motioned to approve and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of January 31, 2020 there was $243,568.77 in the bank, including the CD’s.
Carrie motioned to pay bills, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5476 and 5477 were unanimously approved and paid.
Safety Committee report was completed with no noted incidents for 2019.
PERA retirement is set up. Board Members will be receiving paperwork in the mail to fill out. You should see it on next month payroll.
Carrie motioned to approve the annual church bazaar gambling license, Jim seconded.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m., Jim seconded. All were in favor, and meeting was adjourned.
