REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
December 2, 2019 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:25p.m. The delay was due to snow depth in the parking lot.
The November general meeting minutes were received by the Supervisors via-email. Carrie motioned to approve and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of November 30, 2019, there was $217,710.12 in the bank, including the CD’s.
Carrie motioned to pay bills, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5458, 5459, and 5464 through 5469 were unanimously approved and paid.
Jim motioned, Carrie seconded the 2020 Polling Place Resolution. Again, the 2020 Elections will be held at the St. Mathias Park and Rec.
Mark replace more signs this month and more will be replaced this spring.
Robert Morgan provide the Board with backup up information of the St. Mathias Park and Rec proposal to sell one (1) acre of land to the Fort Ripley Snowmobile Club. A building will built for a storage area for a groomer and a portion of the building will be donated to the St. Mathias Park and Rec for storage also.
St. Mathias Park approved Jim DeRosier for parking lot removal of snow. As agreed upon, all invoice will be forwarded to the Clerk for payment.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m., Jim seconded. All were in favor, and meeting was adjourned.
