REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
April 3, 2023 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
General minutes for March 2023 and 2023 Board of Audits minutes were provided in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Carrie motioned to approve Board of Audits minutes, Jim seconded with the change of removing Mark as seconding minutes, as he was not at the meeting. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of March 31, 2023, there was $430,722.71 in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. One (1) CD matured and would see an increase of $350, if we move it to Mid-MN. Carrie motioned to move $20,000 to a new CD with Mid-MN, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and motion passed. The claims received by the Supervisors as the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Brion Fornshell- payroll; Carrie Allord- payroll; Jim Guida- payroll; Mark Malinowski- payroll; Cassey Veith- payroll; IRS- Qrt 1 taxes; Lakes Printing- newsletter; CWC Historical Society- donation; CWC Fair Association- donation; Zone One First Responders- donation; Crisis Line- donations; City Hall-Legionville- donation; Faith in Action- donation; Cassey Veith- reimbursements
Brion Fornshell- reimbursements. Carrie motioned to approve the Treasurer report and claims and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Carrie motioned to approve St Mathias Bar and Grill liquor license, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and motioned carried.
Due to snow, the road review date will be discussed at the next general meeting.
Board Supervisors allow Clerk to order an adobe pro and is under the threshold amount.
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:37 p.m, Carrieseconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
