REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
March 6, 2023 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
General minutes for December 2022 and February 2023 were provided in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve December minutes, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Carrie motioned to approve February minutes, Jim seconded with the change of removing Mark as seconding minutes, as he was not at the meeting. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of February 28, 2023, there was $442,017.25 in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors as the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Dales Excavation- sand; and City of Brainerd- fire assessment. Carrie motioned to approve the Treasurer report and claims and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Local Board of Appeal and Equalization to be April 26th at 1pm at the St. Mathias Park and Rec.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:28 p.m, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
