REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
February 7, 2022 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The January general meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Minutes were tabled to review and amend.
Treasurer’s report as of January 31, 2022, there was $397,768.38 in the bank, including the CD’s. Jim motioned to approve the Treasurer report and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The claims were received by the Supervisors in google docs. Jim motioned to pay bills; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried for Dave Keehr- Road Maintenance; Dale’s Excavating-sand delivery; Minnesota Benefits- Life Insurance; and Minnesota Townships Dues for State and County..
Supervisors were re-organized as Jim the Chairman and Mark as Vice Chairman.
Safety Committee review was done and no noted injuries.
The Board of Audits meeting will be scheduled for Monday, February 28th at 7pm.
2022 mileage was changed from 57.50 cents to 58.50 cents per mile.
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:58p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
