REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm and the Pledge of Allegiance was omitted due to technical issues and late start time.
General minutes for June 2023 minutes were provided in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of June 30, 2023, there was $472,813.35 in the bank, including the CD’s. Jim motioned to approve the Treasurer’s report; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors as the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; City of Brainerd- Fire Assessment; Mark Eckelman- cemetery mowing; Brion Fornshell- payroll; Carrie Allord- payroll; Mark Malinowski- payroll; Jim Guida- payroll; Cassey Veith- payroll, and IRS- quarterly taxes. Carrie motioned to approve the claims, and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:13 p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
