REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
General minutes were provided in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve January minutes, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The December general meeting minutes were tabled.
Treasurer’s report as of January 31, 2023, there was $431,870.69 in the bank, including the CD’s. Carrie motioned to approve the report and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors were the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Dales Excavation- sand; MN Benefit Association- life insurance; CWC Township Association- CWC and State dues and CWC Highway- sand/salt. Carrie motioned to claims and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Safety minutes were discussed for 2022 and no safety violations were noted.
Reviewed the annual agenda. Clerk will look into newspaper posting and follow up with donation requests.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:40 p.m, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
