REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
October 1, 2018 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The September minutes were tabled to add bookshelf approval for the book exchange.
Treasure’s report as of September 30, 2018, there was $224,443.45 in the bank, including the CD’s.
A letter was received of tax forfeited land. Becky will look into who tax forfeited the land and if it’s the Township, Cassey will contact the Crow Wing County.
DHS will no longer be providing lawn mowing services next year. The Board will add the need of lawn mowing services to the agenda for the annual meeting.
Cassey will send the following to the Supervisors to review for updating of the ice and snow policy: St. Mathias approved and amended policy. Snow and Ice policy sample from the MAT Township and MPCA.
Received a phone inquiry of driveway dip from Steve Hanson. The driveway dip was done by logging operators and is not a township maintenance issue.
Carrie motioned to pay bills, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5367 through 5371 were unanimously approved and paid.
Cemetery mowing should be done for the year.
New Business
Jim will talk to the Park Board about the Tuesday, General Election conflict to the Park’s monthly meeting.
Carrie motioned to adjourned and Becky Seconded. Meeting ended at 7:38p.m.
