941 Employer Quarterly Return; starting January 2018 payment will be done by direct payment.

Becky had email correspondence with Township Attorney; it was discussed volunteers are not covered under our insurance. Board of Supervisors decided not to have volunteers helping with township projects.

Malinowski brought concerns of Trail Corner Road and brushing, it will be added to the Fall Road review.

Old Business:

Becky had a recap on CenturyLink; they are mandated to be done by December 1st. One of the problems they ran into was old cooper lines that needed to be replaced. Also, the closer residents are to the pedestals the better the speed they will receive. Dave Keehr mention that CenturyLink is only burying the lines 4-6 inches deep, which could pose a problem in the future.

Becky left a message with the Historical Society but has not heard anything back.

New Business:

Jim received a question involving 10th street east off S. Koering Road. A resident would like to build a year round house on a parcel of land where the only access is by an easement. The resident was asking if the Township would put a road in on 10th to access his land. This road would also give access to county forfeited land for hunting and trapping. Next step for the resident will be a petition for the road to the County. If road is put in the Supervisors would like to see the road built at county gravel road specs.

Road maintenance for install of culvert on 273rd scheduled for this coming weekend. Jim will call in the locate.

Carrie motioned to adjourned and Becky second, meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
