REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The April general meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Jim motioned to approve minutes and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The Board of Appeals and Equalization meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of April 30 , 2022, there was $392,985.76 in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve the Treasurer report and claims, and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The claims were received by the Supervisors in google docs. Carrie motioned to pay bills; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried; bills included, Dave Keehr- road maintenance, ECM- Posting, Crow Wing County Land Services- property tax, MAT Training, MATIT- insurance premium. Mark motioned to approve the Knights of Columbus gambling license for one (1) event in August., Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer, Brion, reviewed a MAT webinar to complete the grant requisition information. Recommends to keep the funds out of general funds.
Board received an increase in hourly labor cost from Dave Keehr and Sanders Construction.
Supervisor, Jim, will look into purchasing smaller road hazards signs.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:40p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
