The annual meeting agenda was reviewed.

There was a discussion of residents putting land in government programs where they cannot develop. In the future this will be less revenue for the township. We would hope the government will watch the program and make adjustments if needed.

Annual short course will be in Breezy Point on Monday, March 25th. All board members should attend.

Supervisor Jim spoke with Rob Hall and it will be more cost efficient for the Township to request their own quotes on crack sealing. If the township would be added on with the Crow Wing County contract there is added cost of $9,000. We will need to post the road closure in the MCR.

Carrie motioned to transfer money from Road and Bridge to Bridge account, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and motion carried.

Jim motioned to adjourn meeting ended at 8:08 p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and meeting was adjourned.
