REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The May general meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of May 31, 2022, there was $388,823.80 in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. Mark motioned to approve the Treasurer report and claims, and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The claims received by the Supervisors were the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance, Mark Eckelman- Cemetery Mowing; Nelson Sanitation- Townhall portable restroom services; MCR- Spring road review; and additional for Sam Retka- beaver removal.
Spring road review was completed. SIgns looked good. Some low priority of trees and concerns on 60th of the swamp absorbing gravel. Jim will be contacting Crow Wing power for removal of large trees in the right away and close proximity to power lines.
MCR will no longer have free delivery for the Fort Ripley zip code 56449. There will be paid drop offs. Board will look into other options.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:43p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
