The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance..
General minutes for March minutes were provided in google docs. Jim motioned to approve minutes; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of March 31, 2024, there was $361,415.70 in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors as the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; CWC- Land Services- Property Tax; CWC Historical Society- donation; CWC Fair Association- donation; Zone One First Responders- donation; Crisis Line and Referral Services- donation; City of Brainerd Legionville- donation; HorizonHealth Faith in Action- donation; Brainerd Fire Department- donation; IRS- quarterly taxes; Carrie Allord- payroll; James Guida- payroll; Mark Malinowski- payroll; Brion Fornshell- payroll. Added Lakes printing- newspaper; Dave Excavating-sand. Jim motioned to approve claims; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Carrie motion to approve St. Mathias Bar and grill liquor license, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Spring road review set for Wednesday, April 24th at 9am and starting from St. Mathias Park and Rec.
Clerk, Cassey, will request a Flock Security presentation at the next general meeting.
Add culvert on 20th street on the road review to determine the next steps.
Mark motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:28 p.m, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
