REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The December general meeting minutes were received by the Supervisors via-email. Carrie motioned to approve and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of December 31, 2019, there was $255,036.26 in the bank, including the CD’s.
Jim motioned to pay bills, Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5470 through 5475 were unanimously approved and paid.
Resident, Steve Stanek, has had his mailbox hit a couple times this year. Info was relayed to Mr. Keehr and a suggestion of a swing mailbox will sent to Mr. Stanek.
Recap of the Fire Advisory Board, an outside vendor will be doing an assessment of fire equipment and of the current building to determine the best needs.
Pera retirement set has been nightmare to set up. Brion, Treasurer, has step-by-step on January 12th to complete the set. CTAS has the capability to process and track each payroll cycle.
Residences voiced some concerns of ice ruts on Township Roads. With the fluctuation in temperatures this winter it becomes hard to avoid. Township Board recommends residents to slow down during the winter months.
Re-organizing of supervisors is as follows, Mark as chairman and Carrie as vice-chairman.
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m., Mark seconded. All were in favor, and meeting was adjourned.
