REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
December 3, 2019 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The November minute were unanimously approved as received by the Supervisors via-email, Carrie motioned and Jim seconded. All were in favor, and motion carried.
Treasure’s report as of November 30, 2018, there was $221,011.35 in the bank, including the CD’s.
Brad Gorron was contacted and asked about the possibility of plowing the south end of 50th. In big storms he said that he did not want to jeopardize his own route by going down their and would want Dave to do that, but would go down there if we wanted for the smaller snow levels. It was decided that we would not have him do that, and DeRosier could be contacted if we need it plowed on between snows. Clerk will look into retirement options for the Board through Pera.
With new tax law changes, discussion of reimbursement for a portion of the Board’s cell phones and/or internet will be put on the Annual meeting agenda.
Carrie motioned to pay bills, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5376 through 5389 were unanimously approved and paid.
Jim motioned to accept the edits to the Ice and snow policy provided by Supervisors Carrie and Becky, and Becky seconded. All were in favor, and motion carried.
Jim will pick up Township’s signs from Becky’s house and put them the Township storage. Jim will also look into pricing for signs to have on hand when needed.
Becky motioned to adjourn meeting ended at 7:45p.m, Jim seconded.
