REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
General minutes for November minutes were provided in google docs. Carrie motioned to approve minutes; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of November 30, 2023, there was $401,914.60 in the bank, including the CD’s. Claims were provided in google docs and copies to sign during the meeting. The claims received by the Supervisors as the following: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Carr’s Tree- ditch cleanup; with addition of Clayton Eisel-gophers. Carrie motioned to approve claims; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Carrie motioned to approve resolution for re-establishing the precinct and polling place, Mark seconded. All were in favor and motion carried.
Jason Hinnenkamp brought a complaint of Carr’s Tree entering his property and cutting down his crab apple trees. He had added the trees to limit trespassing on his property. He requested 100 of the coniferous trees to replant the area. Supervisor, Jim will reach out to the Carr’s and the MAT attorney.
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:53 p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
