REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance..
General minutes for August were provided in google docs. Mark motioned to approve minutes; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of August 31, 2024, there was $411,981.18 in the bank, including the CD’s. Three (3) CDs are coming due in October. Carrie motioned to approve Treasurer’s report and new CDs; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The claims received by the Supervisors as the following via-google docs: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Mark Eckelman- cemetery mowing; Carr’s Tree Service- spraying; CWC Highway Dept- signs; and ECM Publishers- posting. Carrie motioned to approve claims; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Dave Keehr recommended dirt be added to Strahl road. Jim motioned to approve dirt added to Strahl road; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
After discussion with Crow Wing Township over shared road. Starting now Crow Wing Township will take over maintenance of 60th and April 2025 St Mathias Township will take over maintenance of 60th.
Adding discussion points of Town Hall painting to the 2025 annual meeting.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:31 p.m., Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
