REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance..
General minutes for October were provided in google docs. Jim motioned to approve minutes; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of October 31, 2024, there was $357,008.26 in the bank, including the CD’s and renewal of one CD. Jim motioned to approve the Treasurer’s report; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The claims received by the Supervisors as the following via-google docs: Dave Keehr- road maintenance with an additional gopher claim James Strahl. Jim motioned to approve claims; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Reviewed quotes from Carr’s and JMOperations for brushing and disposal for Koering road. Mark motioned to approve using Carr’s for the work; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Lucas Marks was in attendance and wanted to discuss brushing of the west side of North Koering Road from Hay Creek Rd to Sleepy Hollow Rd and 131 to TWP line. Supervisors will bring two estimates to the next meeting.
Resident Robert Morgan found large rocks in the right-of-way. Supervisor will review the road review.
Board of Canvas set for Thursday, November 14 at 7pm.
St. Mathias Park and Rec approved a snow plowing bid from Jake Greisenhof.
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:44 p.m., Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
