REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The October general meeting minutes were reviewed by the Supervisors in google docs. Jim motioned to approve minutes and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of October 31, 2021, there was $355,171.59 in the bank, including the CD’s. Jim motioned to approve and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The claims were received by the Supervisors in google docs. Carrie motioned to pay bills; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Dave Keehr- Road Maintenance and Corky Cronquiest- gophers.
Crow Wing County, Jordan Larson was present to discuss upcoming projects. In 2022, the bridge on 45 will be replaced and will take one month and half to complete. Also, 45 from 2 to Morrison line will be resurfaced. Another project for our area is they will be resurfacing 131 from 371 to 45. Resident Robert Morgan voiced concerns that 131 should be evaluated as it was constructed in 1949 and is not a very safe road to travel.
Jim motioned to reimbursed $360 to Vivian Rosecran for class 5 for road upkeep for culvert the Township installed, and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. We ask Vivian to attend a meeting prior to writing out a check out.
Dosh and 10th inside corner will be added to the next road review.
Book exchange has closed for the season.
Jim motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
