REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
November 5, 2018 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The September and October minutes were unanimously approved as received by the Supervisors via-email, Jim motioned and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and motion carried.
Treasure’s report as of October 31, 2018, there was $183,572.17 in the bank, including the CD’s.
Township Road Mileage of 25.615 received from Crow Wing County were unanimously approved as received by the Supervisors via-email, Jim motioned and Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and motion carried.
The road review done on October 10th there is need of signs to be fixed intersection. Jim has approached the county to purchase sign but the they do not want to be the middle man. There was no complaints of grading issues. Robert Morgan said Hay Creek looks ok.
Carrie motioned to pay bills, Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5372 through 5375 were unanimously approved and paid.
Ice and snow policy review. Jim spoke with the county about a living snow fence (Hay bales/corn). Carrie will call Crow Wing Township to see if they will plow the 1 mile of 50th we maintain. Policy notes will be scanned in to all Supervisors and tabled until next general meeting for any proposed changes. Recommend to add the Chair is the point of contact
Robert Morgan share maps of the Heritage Walking trail that station throughout the tails.
