REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
November 4, 2019 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The October general meeting minutes were received by the Supervisors via-email. Jim motioned to approve and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of October 31, 2019, there was $246,963.94 in the bank, including the CD’s.
Mark motioned to pay bills, Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5453 through 5456 were unanimously approved and paid.
The donation requests from Crow Wing County Drug Court and DWI Court will be added to the annual meeting donation requests.
Carrie will attend the Winter Preparation meeting on November 6th. Jim will also attend as a representative of his full time employment.
Road Review involved cutting and brushing of areas. Sign issues were noted and will be replaced.
The Township did not spray the ditches this past spring as discussed in previous meetings. This will be added to the annual agenda to discuss concerns and answer any questions residents may have for spraying in 2020.
Book exchange wrapped up for the year.
Mark will install the remaining signs when they are delivered. Reminder to bring receipts of any hardware purchased for reimbursement.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 p.m., Mark seconded. All were in favor, and meeting was adjourned.
