REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance..
General minutes for November were provided in google docs. Jim motioned to approve minutes with edits; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of November 30, 2024, there was $351,981.26 in the bank, including the CD’s and renewal of one CD. Mark motioned to approve the Treasurer’s report; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
The claims received by the Supervisors as the following via-google docs: Dave Keehr- road maintenance CWC Hwy- signs; Nelson Sanitation- porta potty; MAT- course training; Becky Eckelman- Elections; Brion Fornshell- Elections; Raymond Sewell- Elections; Mary Tautges- Elections; Mary Sather- Elections; Darlene Hardy- Election; Jill Anderson- Elections; Mariah Koering- Elections; Colleen LeBlanc- Elections; Jim Guida- Elections; Cassey Veith- Election with additional for Carr’s- brushing. Crow Wing County Highway invoice for sign replacement of Turn Back Trail. Supervisor Jim will reach out to the County to discuss the invoice of the private road sign. Carrie motioned to approve claims; Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
JMoperation owners were present to discuss their quote and business with the supervisors.
Board of Canvas was on Thursday, November 14th at 7pm. St. Mathias Township had 398 persons voting. James Guida was elected for Town Supervisor A and Cassey Veith was elected for Town Clerk.
Mark motioned to use Carr’s Tree service for right away on Koering N RD. Jim seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m., Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
