REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
August 5, 2024 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance..
General minutes for July were provided in google docs. Mark motioned to approve minutes; Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report information was missing and will be approved at the September general meeting.
The claims received by the Supervisors as the following via-google docs: Dave Keehr- road maintenance; Mark Eckelman- cemetery mowing; Ronny Roscoe culvert; CWC Highway-culvert material. Carrie motioned to approve claims; Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Review of the St. Mathias memo stating we updated our records of Zone 1 responders name change to Lakes Area Rescue.
Supervisor, Jim, will attend the district 8 meeting.
St. Mathias Township will not be reimbursing Crow Wing Township for the gravel on 60th. Former Crow Wing Township supervisor, Brad Arnold, discussed with the new Board the agreement signed in 2021 between our Townships. Email notification will be sent out as communication between clerks during the month of April. Supervisor, Jim, requested to attend the next general meeting for Crow Wing Township. Clerk, Cassey, emailed Sue Kern requesting Jim be added to the agenda.
Carrie motioned to adjourn the meeting at 07:27 p.m., Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
