REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
April 1, 2019 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The March minutes were received by the Supervisors via-email. Minutes were tabled for corrections of sentence structure and attendees.
Treasurer’s report as of March 31, 2019, there was $231,238.02 in the bank, including the CD’s. 50th road account was set up and Road and Bridge increased to $5000.
Jim motioned to pay bills, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5408 through 5416 were unanimously approved and paid.
Carrie motioned to approve St. Mathias Bar and Grill liquor license, Mark seconded.
Carrie motioned to approve the Knights of Columbus gaming and liquor license, Mark seconded.
Roland Touggas requested a zoning change from Ag/Forestry to Rural Residential 10. Split of 13 acres to sell and remaining to keep as farm land. An approval recommendation form will be submitted to Crow Wing County for Roland’s request of re-zoning by Cassey.
Town Hall mowing posting was reviewed.
Board of Appeals and Equalization will be Wednesday, April 24th starting at 1pm at the St. Mathias Park.
Spring Road Review will be on Wednesday, May 8th at 8:00. Meeting location will be at Supervisor Jim’s house. Look at culvert on 20th and Dosh Lane & Dosh Road for more gravel.
Old Business:
Brion needs a signature from Supervisors to verify Brion is the Treasurer of St. Mathias to set up an Pera account. If a public officials decline to sign up it must be documented. Supervisor Jim, asked Brion to inquire about mid-term appointed for retro.
New Business:
Road flags were put out on 55th were there was some flooding on the road.
Jim motioned to adjourn meeting ended at 7:45 p.m, Mark seconded. All were in favor, and meeting was adjourned.
