Sam went through purpose of the meeting. (See page 2-3 for info)
Brian Meyers was first on the agenda to discuss two parcels totaling of 80 acres. Crow Wing County recommended one parcel be decrease by $19,200 and second parcel be increase by $16,200. Mr. Meyers explained the parcels are land locked with an easement and now have an abundance of water. Carrie motioned for an inspection of the property by an assessor and report back to the St. Mathias Board, Jim seconded.
Dave Dauwalter asked for review of his land taxes and Sam agrees that there was a miscalculation. Crow Wing County recommend a 34,700 decrease. Jim motioned to accept the decrease, Carrie seconded.
Brian Meyers meeting is set for Monday, May 6th at 1pm at the St. Mathias Park and Rec.
Jim motioned to adjourn at 2:12 pm, Carrie seconded.
