REGULAR BOARD MEETING
ST. MATHIAS PARK AND RECREATION CENTER
October 7, 2019 7 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Robert Morgan wanted to clarify that the Pledge of Allegiance is to the Country and Laws, and not the St. Township Board.
The September general meeting minutes were received by the Supervisors via-email. Jim motioned to approve and Mark seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s report as of September 30, 2019, there was $247,295.59 in the bank, including the CD’s.
Mark motioned to pay bills, Carrie seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried. Orders issued numbering 5450 through 5452 were unanimously approved and paid.
The Board had no objections of the 2019 Township Roads and Mileage.
No one from St. Mathias Board will attend the annual MAT Conference in Mankato. Board Members will attend other MAT trainings that are closer.
Platt Books are available. Cassey will look to see if the Crow Wing County Land and Services has a hard copy detail of the Township, instead of purchasing a book.
Signs were refasten, tighten, and straighten on 60th Ave/273rd, 50th/273rd, and Dosh Lane. West side of 10th Street and 122nd will be reviewed during the fall review.
The Board deters the decision to the planning board for building at St. Mathias Park and Recreations.
Carrie motioned to adjourn meeting ended at 7:35 p.m., Mark seconded. All were in favor, and meeting was adjourned.
