Street light intersection south 2 and 45 will be tabled until additional information. Jim will reach out to Rob for clarification of why that intersection was selected.

An account was set with Brainerd Pipe Supply for road maintenance supplies. Dave will pick up the parts for culvert located on 10th.

Mary and the ladies will be meeting at the beginning of the month to discuss clean up, hours, satellite, and furniture needs. Would like to set up the old voting booth since it was the original voting building for the Township. After the ladies meet, they will sent times and date of when the doors will be unlocked so it can be added to the Township website. Mary will be the contact person for the Library/puzzle exchange. Next year, hoping to request grant money for improvements. There are two cracked window that will need to be fixed in the future. Jim voice his concern of having a community member present when the Town hall doors are open. This will reduce opportunity vandalism to the Town hall.

After email correspondence with Lukas Marks, new payment is on the docket for next year for Corner Trail Road. Suggestion is to make a longer bump. Jim will contact Anderson Brothers to research our options.
